Vegan Menu Items

Almost all of our soups are vegan (we only offer 1/week)

One vegetarian or vegan entrée per week. Examples are miso-curry squash; West African Peanut Stew, Free-form Enchiladas (w/ or w/out cheese), Quinoa-stuffed Sweet Potatoes, etc.

Desserts We always have chocolate energy bars on hand. Other desserts vary each week; examples include vegan PB cookies, almond blondies, almond thumbprints, etc.
